Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Not at this time. All of our items are made to order, so we don't offer returns or exchanges. We recommend reading our sizing information to make sure you're selecting an item that will fit. If you're unsure what will fit, measure a shirt at home and compare it with the measurements on our sizing chart.
How should I wash and dry my shirts?
We recommend washing your shirts with like colors in cold water. Hanging dry is best, but if you cannot hang dry then dry on low heat. Avoid fabric softener and ironing. These tips will help your tees look newer longer.
Are the shirts pre-shrunk?
Yes, but all cotton, even pre-shrunk cotton, tends to shrink a little in the wash. We recommend washing your tees in cold water and hanging dry to minimize shrinkage. If your tee does shrink a little when washed it will stretch back out after you put it back on, just like a pair of freshly washed jeans that gets a little looser after you wear them.
Where do your shirts ship from?
Los Angeles, California.
How long will it take me to receive my order?
All items are printed to order. We need 3-7 business days to prepare items for shipment. From there, it takes USPS an average of 3-5 business days to deliver US orders. For international orders, the mail services usually require about 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Will there be any customs fees associated with my order?
Quite possibly. If you are ordering from outside the USA your country may charge you customs fees to receive your shipment. We CANNOT estimate the fees OR pay them for you. Please plan to pay your customs fees. We are not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to failure to pay customs fees. These orders will NOT be refunded.

My order's tracking information says it was delivered by I don't have it, what should I do?
First, check the area around your home. If the package was too large to fit in your regular mail box your mail carrier may have left it elsewhere on the property, such as under a bush, on a patio, or around the side, etc.
If you live with relatives or a housemate, ask if they brought it inside and forgot to give it to you. You may also want to ask neighbors — mail carriers aren't perfect, and they may have mixed up the street or apartment number when delivering.
If you have exhausted all of the above options, contact your local post office with the tracking number and explain that you never received a package that was scanned as "delivered". They can ask the carrier who services your route if they placed it anywhere out of the ordinary. Be sure to ask them to check the GPS location where the package was scanned. Occasionally carriers leave packages at the wrong address. If you have your post office check the GPS information on the delivery scan, they can make sure the package was left at the correct address. If it was not left at the correct address, they should be able to retrieve it for you.
